Let me coach you

Portrait & Fine Art Photography

I believe that the best way to master your camera is with lots of practice, being out and about in a variety of different situations and locations.

Join me on a tour of London as we discuss the different techniques that I use to obtain the images that you can see on my website. I will talk you through my equipment and discuss the basic rules that I follow, especially for low light photography.

Unlock your potential

It can daunting taking photos outside of Auto mode. Let me guide and teach you using the Manual mode. This will open up opportunities to take spectacular shots like never before.

The Exposure Triangle

Let me help you get consistent results. I will teach you the basics starting with the 'exposure triangle', the three camera functions, that when combined will produce correctly exposed photos. I will guide you through the ISO, F/stop and shutter speed in a simple, practical manner.

Editing Techniques

I will guide you through my editing techniques and workflow to show you how I achieve the best possible results from my photography. From razor sharp cityscape images to fine art portrait photography where I combine the use of both Lightroom and Photoshop. I will explain the importance of keeping the texture in portrait photography through high frequency separation, avoiding the 'plastic' look that many favour in the industry now.
